How to delete your Wellix account
You can permanently delete your account and all the data we store about you. After deletion the data is unrecoverable.
Option 1 — from the app (fastest)
- Open Wellix and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type your account email to confirm and tap Permanently delete.
Your data is removed immediately; you will be signed out.
Option 2 — by email (if you can't sign in)
Send a message from the email address linked to your account to support@wellix.cc with the subject Delete my account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your profile, goals, dietary preferences, height, weight, date of birth.
- Meal logs, food scans, photographs of meals.
- Weight and water history.
- AI nutrition recommendations generated for you.
- Support conversations and notification subscriptions.
- Your active subscription session (you can also separately cancel renewal in Apple / Google Account Settings).
What we keep
- Aggregated, anonymised usage metrics (no user identifier).
- Tax invoices, fraud reports, and records we are legally required to retain — for the statutory minimum period in the relevant jurisdiction.
